Packing & Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday after the order is made. For all packages, we normally ship with USPS unless another courier is requested with advance notice. If you would like to use another courier service please DM us on Instagram @glass2grass or call us at (305) 744-5099 as soon as possible after placing your order (due to our native location, alternative courier services may be limited or unavailable).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed if the purchase was made through the website. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are usually unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. If your address is not accepted by USPS or your desired courier we will not ship out your package and will contact you via email to reconfirm the correct shipping address. Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped (we cannot ship on US Holidays or Sundays).

After your package has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email or Instagram DM with your tracking information depending on the information you have given. You will receive your order within 2-14 business days from the date that it is placed unless delays occur through our shipping service.

All of our packages’ contents are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure protection during travel. We make sure that all packages and their contents are secure and in acceptable condition prior to shipping. Once your package has been dropped off at an official courier location the courier has responsibility and liability once they take control and are in possession of your package.

As a policy, Glass2Grass insures all of our packages free of charge. If it is determined that your package’s contents are received in an unacceptable condition, we will require photos & videos of the damages, as well as full cooperation from the client with the chosen shipping service’s claims process before we can issue any refunds.

In the extreme circumstance that damages were not caused by the courier service and are determined to have been an issue with either the manufacturer or our quality control and packaging, we can either issue a full refund or work out another arrangement that works to the satisfaction of the client, depending on the client’s preference.

All claims must be communicated to Glass2Grass via Instagram Direct Messaging (@Glass2Grass) or phone (305) 744-5099 within 48 hours of opening the package. If no contact is made within 48 hours of the package’s arrival date the order will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
